iungo is seeking a sharp, process-driven Head of Operations to optimise and lead our end-to-end delivery ecosystem. This is a critical leadership role encompassing the entire business lifecycle - from the exact moment a participant enrols, through training, assessment and examination, and successful offboarding.

The Role
- Optimise Resources: Maximise resource utilisation across our training delivery and examinations centre (overseen day-to-day by the Operations Manager).
- Lead Delivery Teams: Lead and empower tutor teams (overseen by Learning Experience Managers) and our Strategic Centre Managers.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the entire operational pipeline from customer enrolment through training, assessment and examination, to offboarding.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain rigorous standard operating procedures to ensure 100% compliance across strictly regulated environments.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement of our processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and driving operational quality.

- Process Specialist: You have demonstrable experience managing and optimising complex processes (you may have a Lean Six Sigma certification or similar).
- Skilled People Manager: You are a natural leader who excels at managing through managers, aligning distinct teams (operations, tutoring, experience) toward a unified standard of excellence.
