While your initial launchpad will be dominating the market across Wales and the West of England, you will have the mandate and autonomy to expand our reach and cultivate high-value relationships globally. The Role
- Drive our B2B customer acquisition strategy, scaling from regional success to international partnerships.
- Balance strategic global growth with hands-on leadership, ensuring our sales and marketing efforts are aligned and executing at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Own and accelerate B2B business development across Wales and the West of England, while actively identifying and converting international commercial opportunities.
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop a compact, agile team consisting of sales professionals (overseen by the Sales Manager) and a Marketing Executive.
- Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our Operations team to guarantee a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for business clients worldwide.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate high-value, long-term commercial partnerships both locally and internationally.
