The Client Service Executive supports senior team members and acts as the main point of contact for allocated brands. The role focuses on delivering strong service reviews, supporting account growth, and building long-term client relationships across retail and digital out-of-home accounts.
You will shadow the line manager on key accounts to learn account strategy and client priorities, while developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, department heads (Procurement, IT, Facilities), and Retail, Store, and Marketing Directors.
The role is responsible for growing revenue helping to deliver on the team's sales targets, preparing proposals, reviewing quotes, and spotting new opportunities within existing accounts. You will keep sales pipelines accurate and up to date, providing clear weekly sales updates, and maintaining a strong sales and growth plan for each client. Reporting through IUF Group’s systems helps ensure a high standard of service delivery.
As part of the team, you’ll set a positive example through your performance, behaviours, and commitment to IUF standards.
- Effectively manage your account client base
- Support senior members of the team on their accounts
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders, effectively map customers and develop relationships with all key players within client base
- Identify sales opportunities by researching client newsletters e.g. service, content management, cross sales opportunities, etc.
- Liaise with Project Management and Support and all applicable external clients in order to understand and deliver their requirements for a successful install
- Utilise CRM system effectively to track leads and opportunities
- Demonstrate understanding of company products and services
- Listen attentively to client needs with consistently accurate notes taken from all client correspondence
- Actively seek out industry news to share with team members
