Im Jahr 2004 wurde Therapon24 aus einem Ehrenamt heraus gegründet, ursprünglich zur Unterstützung und Betreuung von Senioren und Seniorinnen im Alltag und in der Hauswirtschaft. Verantwortlichkeiten im Unternehmen:
- Du arbeitest in der Personalverwaltung, z.B. im Vertragswesen.
- Du unterstützt beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitenden.
- Du arbeitest in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
- Du pflegst die Stammdaten und stellst Bescheinigungen aus.
Qualifikationen:
- Du startest Dein Studium an der IU mit (Fach-)Abitur, einem qualifizierten Berufsabschluss oder als staatl. gepr. Techniker:in/Betriebswirt:in.
- Du kannst Deutschkenntnisse gemäß Sprachniveau B2 nachweisen und fühlst Dich in Englisch sicher.
- Du hast großes Interesse an Personalthemen, Organisation und arbeitest gerne im Büro.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, hilfsbereit und teamfähig.
- Schon während des Studiums möchtest Du Verantwortung übernehmen und aktiv im Personalwesen mitarbeiten.
