We are currently looking for a Senior Reputation Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position. The role is fully remote within the UK. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend occasional in-person meetings in London and Germany.

YOUR MISSION

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy focused on online reputation and partnerships management for the LIBF brand within the UK market. Proactively seek out opportunities for brand growth and reputation enhancement.
  • Take an active role in managing LIBF’s reputation across various online platforms, forums, and review sites, including proactive monitoring and tactful, strategic responses to both positive and negative public sentiments about our brand.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including social media, Content and PR teams to ensure a cohesive, effective brand image and reputation management across all platforms.
  • Report regularly on the effectiveness of reputation management strategies, both for awareness and lead generation, using data and analytics to inform actionable insights and strategic developments.
  • Managing our Reputation and Partnerships Manager, delivering a variety of strategic partnerships to bolster trust and build reputation for the brand.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and challenges in the UK Higher Education sector relevant to reputation management.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 4 years of experience in online reputation management and partnership development, in-depth knowledge of the UK Higher Education system and a university degree supportive of this role are required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with experience in dealing with both positive and negative sentiment, along with remarkable interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with various stakeholders. A good understanding of PR would also be beneficial.
  • A solid record of applying analytical skills to measure and report campaign effectiveness and deliver ROI.
  • Excellent project management skills, adept at rallying team members and stakeholders towards common goals.
  • A creative problem-solver, demonstrating a growth mindset, eager to innovate, and ready to challenge the status quo.
