We're building a new paradigm for learning — one that sits at the intersection of world-class filmmaking, cutting-edge tech, and rigorous learning science. We empower Gen Z and Gen Alpha to become lifelong, independent learners. Our method: turn the world's best media into the specialist teacher every school needs.
We're looking for a Head of Product who has shipped consumer or content products people genuinely love — and who cares deeply about what makes online learning actually work.
What you'll do
- Own the product end-to-end. Partner with our Founder, Head of Engineering, learning scientists, psychometricians, and ex-BBC factual producers to build experiences that turn engagement into measurable understanding.
- Lead testing with teens — in classrooms and out — because if it doesn't resonate with them, it doesn't ship.
Who you are
- A hybrid leader. Creative product vision with enough technical depth to hold an engineering team to account.
- You believe psychometrics and learning science should drive iteration, not gut feel.
- You understand that reaching Gen Z and Alpha means building the best of the web, not the worst of a textbook.
Bonus points for EdTech, early-stage (0→1) consumer, or AI-native product experience.
The opportunity
- £5m seed from top media and tech investors
- Multi-million R&D grants from Scottish Enterprise
- Working affiliations with Getty/BBC, WWF, University of Edinburgh's School of Informatics, UCL Institute of Education, and Monash University
- The leadership team is coming off a nine-figure exit to Silver Lake
- A seat on the SMT, meaningful equity, and the chance to shape a category-defining platform ahead of our 2027 global expansion
