A financial services business is undergoing a major finance transformation and is looking to bring in an experienced NetSuite consultant to lead a ledger implementation alongside a full operating model redesign. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be working with a finance team of ~20 who are currently operating without a formal ledger, meaning this is not just a system implementation but a full shift in how finance operates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the implementation of a NetSuite financial ledger from the ground up
  • Redesigning the finance operating model, including roles and responsibilities
  • Coaching and upskilling a finance team transitioning away from spreadsheets
  • Driving adoption and embedding best practice processes
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and transformation
  • Supporting wider change initiatives, including upcoming acquisition activity

  • Strong accounting background (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience delivering NetSuite ledger implementations
  • Experience in finance transformation / operating model redesign
