We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead a key ERP implementation for a manufacturing business based in Oxfordshire. This role will be instrumental in driving delivery across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain workstreams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation across manufacturing and supply chain functions
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and NetSuite capabilities
- Oversee system configuration, testing phases, and go-live readiness
- Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where required
Required Experience
- Proven track record delivering NetSuite implementations as a Project Manager
- Strong experience within manufacturing and supply chain environments
- Solid understanding of NetSuite modules (e.g. Financials, Inventory, WMS, Procurement)
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream ERP projects
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, onsite-heavy environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with multi-entity or international rollouts
- Exposure to process improvement or transformation programmes
- Certifications in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
Working Pattern
- 4 days onsite in Oxfordshire (non-negotiable)
