We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead a key ERP implementation for a manufacturing business based in Oxfordshire. This role will be instrumental in driving delivery across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain workstreams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation across manufacturing and supply chain functions
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and NetSuite capabilities
  • Oversee system configuration, testing phases, and go-live readiness
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where required
Required Experience
  • Proven track record delivering NetSuite implementations as a Project Manager
  • Strong experience within manufacturing and supply chain environments
  • Solid understanding of NetSuite modules (e.g. Financials, Inventory, WMS, Procurement)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream ERP projects
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, onsite-heavy environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with multi-entity or international rollouts
  • Exposure to process improvement or transformation programmes
  • Certifications in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
Working Pattern
  • 4 days onsite in Oxfordshire (non-negotiable)
  • 1 day remote
