A London-based hospitality business is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to provide ongoing adhoc support, system ownership, and maintenance. This is a long-term engagement suited to someone who can offer consistent, hands-on support without a full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support across core NetSuite functionality (Financials, Order Management, basic CRM where required)
- Own and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring stability, usability, and continuous improvement
- Build and optimise dashboards, saved searches, and reports for operational and finance teams
- Act as the go-to NetSuite SME for internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and improving processes
- Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and system clean-up
- Work closely with finance and operations teams within a hospitality environment
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on NetSuite functional experience (ideally 5+ years)
- Proven background in system ownership and ongoing NetSuite support
- Strong capability in dashboard creation, saved searches, and reporting
