A London-based hospitality business is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to provide ongoing adhoc support, system ownership, and maintenance. This is a long-term engagement suited to someone who can offer consistent, hands-on support without a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across core NetSuite functionality (Financials, Order Management, basic CRM where required)
  • Own and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring stability, usability, and continuous improvement
  • Build and optimise dashboards, saved searches, and reports for operational and finance teams
  • Act as the go-to NetSuite SME for internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and improving processes
  • Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and system clean-up
