A growing business is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Data Migration Specialist to support a critical phase of their ERP journey. This role is highly focused on data migration execution, not broader system configuration or consultancy. You will take ownership of the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into NetSuite in line with best practice and the correct module sequencing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process for NetSuite data migration
  • Prepare, build, and validate data templates aligned to NetSuite requirements
  • Execute data loads in the correct sequence (Projects, Fixed Assets, Finance, Time)
  • Manage data mapping, cleansing, and transformation from legacy systems
  • Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off processes
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to NetSuite triggers, dependencies, and data integrity
