We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality telephone, portal, and email-based support to businesses across the UK. The primary focus will be on desktop, server, and Microsoft 365 support, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mixed remote and on-site support for a range of IT issues, including desktop, server, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service, understanding that user experience is as important as technical resolution.
- Work within an established ticketing system to track and manage issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth IT operations and share knowledge.

About You
