Position Summary: ITW Construction Offsite Europe is seeking a dynamic leader to join their fast-paced operations team. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and team building skills, managing employees performing activities in multiple operational disciplines & functions. Responsibilities include developing and executing policies and procedures for compliance, building a customer-focused operation, and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Market Relationships, Partnerships & Routes to Market: Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with housebuilders, architects, engineering consultancies, and offsite manufacturers. Create partnerships that influence specification and early-stage design decisions. Identify and unlock commercial opportunities through partnerships and specification-led solutions.
- CBI Strategy: Support Connectors’ growth initiatives, contributing to annual CBI yield targets. Lead research using customer insights to drive product range growth.
- CBI Pipeline: Develop research plans for opportunity projects in collaboration with product managers. Gather market intelligence to support Offsite’s pipeline screening process.
- CBI Process: Build strong external partnerships through discovery initiatives. Conduct pain point analyses and collect market intelligence across the value chain.
Experience (Essential):
- Strong commitment to safe working environments and continuous improvement.
- Skilled at structured/unstructured discovery and spotting user behaviours.
- Naturally inquisitive, with a drive to explore new ideas and uncover insights.
- Clear and confident communicator, both verbal and written.
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to translate unclear feedback into actionable opportunities.
- Strong ability to grasp technical concepts and workflows.
- Understanding of residential house design and construction methods.
- Proven experience working with housebuilders, architects, and engineering firms.
- Comfortable in varied environments; proactive and eager to learn.
- Team-oriented, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Experience (Desired): Minimum HNC in Structural, Civil or Building Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
