As a Graduate Trainee at Instron you will be part of a global brand with the opportunity to influence and define your own future within a diverse organisation. This role will provide you with opportunities to work within multiple teams through a series of placements to continue developing your skills as an engineer and allow you to contribute to current projects to improve our product portfolio.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will follow a structured training and development programme for up to 2 years. This development will occur through on the job training, on external and internally run courses and through e-learning to help learn our business philosophies.

The different projects you will be involved in will give you the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinaried engineering team (Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware and Software, Commercial) in our R&D group as well as in the production environments.
