Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s growth objectives by delivering high-quality digital and print content. Partnering with cross-functional teams across product innovation and development, this role is responsible for creating impactful, creative, and brand-consistent marketing assets that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement across all channels.

The successful candidate will translate customer insights and business objectives into compelling visual content, producing a broad range of marketing and digital assets that support growth initiatives while maintaining a consistent and distinctive brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing collateral that effectively communicates our commercial messaging.
  • Create technical materials with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Design print and digital materials, newsletters, invitations, advertisements, presentations, and exhibition graphics, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
  • Oversee the entire design process, including conceptualisation, amending, proofing, and finalising designs for various materials such as brochures, flyers, technical documents, and other marketing assets.
  • Proactively suggest creative design solutions that differentiate the ITW Construction Offsite Europe brands from competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Technical, and Commercial teams, offering design advice to deliver effective solutions tailored to specific briefs.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to revise and strengthen visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Create visually engaging content that enhances social media presence and overall brand communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers (print and signage companies), including negotiating costs and managing the production of printed materials.
  • Learn our value propositions, leveraging our extensive differentiation to create impactful collateral that effectively showcases our offerings.
  • Embodiment of the ITW core principles of Integrity, Simplicity, Trust, Respect, Shared Risk acting as true ambassadors for all Offsite brands.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, ideally in an agency or B2B environment.
  • A genuine passion for creative content and a solid understanding of the latest marketing and graphic design trends across advertising, digital, and social media.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to work towards tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • A methodical approach to work and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with mixed internal stakeholders and take a lead on projects.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help.
  • Experience with computer design packages such as the Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Prepared to travel domestically as required.
  • Flexibility with working hours as required.
  • The role is based from our head office in Glenrothes, UK, with the option to have additional flexibility to work from home.
