The Role
Social & Digital Partnerships Executive
We\βre looking for a highly organised and collaborative Social & Digital Partnerships Executive to join the Branded Entertainment (BE Studio) team at ITV.. This newly created role reflects the growing importance of digital in ITV\βs long-term commercial strategy.
As part of the Digital Partnerships team, you\βll help manage the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, support internal communication across sales and finance, and assist with post-campaign evaluation. You\βll be the operational backbone of the team, ensuring smooth delivery, accurate reporting, and exceptional client support. This is an excellent entry-level role into the commercial side of the digital media industry.

BE Studio lives within ITV\βs Commercial\βs home of innovation. The team develops and delivers high-profile branded content and digital solutions for clients across platforms. You\βll be joining a team that works closely with sales, marketing, editorial and trading, turning ideas into impactful campaigns that excite audiences and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Digital Brand Champion for the Commercial Team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assist with the delivery of existing Digital Partnerships.
- Support the Digital Partnership Manager in their day to day account management of the partnerships for example, but not limited to, reporting, finance, spreadsheets, ad hoc tasks & queries, presentations, sales material.
- Support end-to-end delivery of campaigns; working with the social producer (where needed) clients, creative, editorial, compliance, and agency teams
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Digital Partnerships, both past and present. Ensure you can deal with general enquiries from both internal departments and external clients & agencies.
- To work with the Digital Manager to scope and package individual digital partnership opportunities.
- To liaise with both internal/ external editorial and commercial teams to ensure that we have the deepest level of information in advance of a Digital Partnership opportunity coming to market.
- Ensure that the wider commercial team is kept fully abreast of any developments to the digital partnership opportunities assigned to you, which might include presenting the opportunity and relevant information to the wider commercial sales floor.
- To successfully account manage the assigned digital partnerships, from pre-sale pitch stage, through liaison with Client, Creative, Compliance, Editorial, Production & Agency media teams & into the Post Campaign Analysis stage.
Skills you\βll need (minimum criteria)
- Demonstrable experience working with a variety of internal and/or external stakeholders
- An understanding of ITV\βs digital partnership offering
- Awareness of the wider digital media landscape
