b Overview /b p In this role, you will manage and maintain ITV’s digital rights data to support timely availability and cost visibility for exploitation across distribution channels. You’ll work with Sales, Production, Talent, and Finance to ensure accurate rights information and licensing documentation. The role focuses on safeguarding data quality, enabling efficient rights clearance, and supporting digital and international exploitation. You will contribute to evolving rights management systems and governance to drive broader content exploitation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Flexible working /li li Generous holiday allowance /li li Annual bonus opportunity /li li Competitive pension contribution /li li Save as you earn - with opportunity to buy ITV shares /li li Wellbeing and volunteering days /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Interpret, input and maintain rights information in ITV’s systems per policies /li li Assist sales and distribution with programme data and licences as needed /li li Assess availability and provide clearance and cost information by deadlines /li li Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flow of rights data /li li Collaborate with Talent and Royalty Payments to input data for authority to pay /li li Provide solutions to clearance and cost issues and perform risk assessments with Rights leadership /li li Deliver services per SLA managed by Rights department /li li Support development of new technologies for future rights management /li li Negotiate rights clearances and renewals for secondary exploitation with Rights Managers and Head of Rights Management /li li Produce reporting to meet ITV’s obligations /li li Stay informed on rights and talent union issues via internal communications /li li Occasional out-of-hours work and some UK travel /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in television rights, digital and social media exploitation /li li Commercial awareness in digital and social media space /li li Accuracy and attention to detail /li li Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills /li li Brand protection /li li Driven and passionate about TV, new platforms and emerging media /li li Strong organizational and information management skills /li li Service excellence and networking skills with ability to build professional relationships /li li Experience reading and interpreting complex legal data/documents (desirable) /li li Experience with PARIS or Genersys or equivalent rights systems (desirable) /li /ul ul li Effective communication /li li Interpersonal and influencing skills /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li PARIS /li li Genersys /li li rights management systems /li /ul
