The role As a Production Manager at ITV Creative, you will play a vital role in supporting the team to deliver high-priority, multi-platform campaigns across the entire ITV portfolio. Working alongside Producers on key campaigns across On-Air, Digital, OOH, and Print, you will manage budgets and projects from end-to-end navigating tight turnarounds, pressured situations, and multiple deliverables with a calm, solution-oriented approach. This dynamic environment requires a passion for production and deep expertise across pre-production, shoot, and post-production workflows. You will possess sharp budget and timeline management skills, deliver seamlessly to multiple media owners, and collaborate with the Head of Creative Production to optimize resources and source fresh talent. In an industry that is constantly evolving, you will need to be flexible and agile, while confidently negotiating with external suppliers and building strong relationships across both ITV and external agencies to secure the best results for the business.
Main responsibilities:
- Production for film shoots, liaising with studios, crews, caterers and ordering kit, paperwork and call sheets
- Producing accurate budgets for creative ideas
- Sourcing the best talent across film crews, post production, Design reconciliation; raising contracts; purchase ordering
