Location: London or Leeds (minimum one day in the office per week). We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Production Data & Reporting team. In this vital support role, you will dive into our key reporting systems, managing Silvermouse and the cross‑broadcaster diversity monitoring platform, Diamond 2. Alongside assisting with Cue Sheet Management, you’ll be the go‑to person for producing insightful reports for ITV and our external governing bodies and societies, while directly supporting ITV’s Ofcom reporting obligations. Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting of Sales information into Silvermouse
- Completing administrative tasks in Silvermouse
- Liaising with Silvermouse users and necessary operational teams across ITV to ensure information is correct
- PRS Queries
- Completion and management of acquired and other relevant cue sheets are ready for reporting to PRS and PPL
- BECS Contributor checks
- Inputting financial and sales data into Silvermouse for reporting to PRS and raising POs for payment
- Assisting with preparing OFCOM data ready for reporting
- Assisting with the Director’s UK Reporting
- Assisting with production‑facing inboxes to help Silvermouse users with data and access queries
- Producing reports and statistics for Silvermouse and Diamond stakeholders on request
- Using data tools such as BigQuery to assist with reporting obligations
- To assist with the integration and implementation of new reporting streams and initiatives as and when necessary, including testing as and when appropriate
- To assist senior members of the team with OFCOM reporting obligations
- Attending meetings where necessary, related to the above
- Attending weekly team meetings with Specialist Media Services
