ITV is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support a short-term project within our Group procurement, with a specific focus on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). You will play a key role in delivering value through outsourcing procurement activities, especially around reviewing commercial proposals and managed service contracts, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology and Procurement.
The Group Procurement team has a vital role to play in helping achieve ITV's strategic goals to transform and grow the business. This includes driving the delivery of our multi-year cost saving programme and making sure ITV gets the best value from the significant investments being made to digitally transform the business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the most senior stakeholders across the business with integrity and challenge, confidently balancing local business requirements with group priorities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business and strategic aims.
- Influence and collaborate, working as an internal consultant.
- Provide regular insight, analysis and expertise.
- Develop deep and trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders, including members of the Executive Leadership Team and Management Board.
- Support the procurement process for outsourcing contracts, including BPO and IT services, for the duration of the project.
- Review and analyze commercial proposals, contracts, and SLAs related to managed services.
- Assist in the execution of sourcing strategies for outsourcing and technology services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure outsourcing agreements meet operational and commercial requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned contracts, including tendering, supplier evaluation, and negotiation.
- Monitor supplier performance during the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and KPIs.
- Provide support in identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring value delivery from outsourcing contracts.
- Assist with risk management, ensuring that outsourcing agreements meet ITV's quality, compliance, and financial standards.
- Provide regular updates to the Procurement Business Partner, Programme manager and Programme sponsor and other stakeholders on project progress and key milestones.
- Work closely with Finance to identify, agree and validate savings.
- Support the identification, mitigation and monitoring of key third party risks, including ensuring ITV's Social Purpose standards and targets are achieved.

- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into effective procurement strategies.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience managing supplier relationships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple short-term procurement projects.
