Workplace: White City, London - 2 days a week in the office

This role sits within the M&E Marketing team and plays a vital role in managing platform partner marketing campaigns that drive ITV’s business KPIs across both Broadcast and Streaming. The Partner Growth Marketing Manager will own and develop partner marketing relationships across a broad range of third-party platforms, including Amazon, Virgin Media, Sky, Roku, Freely, Samsung, LG, iOS and more. These critical partnerships ensure we maximise the impact of our brand, services and content to deliver marketing outcomes - whether by securing prominent placements or through paid CTV activity.

In this role, you will collaborate alongside the P&D (Partner & Distribution) team to support content promotion and drive growth across priority platforms.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of ITV’s Partner Marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing to drive measurable marketing and business outcomes across key third-party platforms.
  • Own and develop strategic marketing relationships with platform partners (e.g. Amazon, Sky, Virgin Media, Roku, Samsung, LG and others), building deep expertise in their ecosystems, audiences and promotional opportunities.
  • Drive prominence across platforms, collaborating with teams to ensure the right titles are promoted in the right way across partner environments, aligned with broader campaign messaging and creative.
  • Align marketing activity with ITV’s distribution strategy, partnering closely with the Partner & Distribution team to support growth across priority platforms and emerging viewing environments.
  • Ensure brand consistency and deliver best-in-class creative across all partner marketing activity, working closely with Brand and Creative teams to maintain ITV’s look, feel and tone of voice.
  • Drive creativity and innovation in partnership with platforms through structured inspiration sessions and collaborative campaigns.
  • Embed a culture of learning and optimisation, capturing insights from campaigns and platform performance to inform future activity and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop the Partner Growth Marketing Executive.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria):

  • Highly proficient in handling large datasets, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, compelling stories and actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to build, influence, and maintain strong relationships across a complex, fast-moving matrix environment, acting as a trusted partner and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of all media types, with particular expertise in digital and data-driven marketing techniques (Including CTV).
  • Significant experience working with media agencies on paid media plans.
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of how marketing drives business performance.
  • Knowledge of the UK TV marketplace, ITV’s position within it, and the Connected TV landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil insights and performance data to inform, persuade, and influence marketing strategy.
