ITV is seeking a dedicated M&A Technology Service Delivery Lead to oversee post-close TSA delivery and pre-close mobilisation across London, Leeds or Manchester.

The role focuses on establishing governance, KPIs, SLAs and Day 1 readiness, while safeguarding value and managing risk during a 24–36 month transition.

You will coordinate with Remain Co and the acquirer, manage vendor performance and ensure accurate cost-recovery and cross-charging under the TSA.
