The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our commercial business, directly contributing to Global Partnerships and ITV's success in media distribution. You'll provide crucial administrative support across our Sales teams for Finished Programmes, managing a wide range of complex tasks from deal planning and administration to supporting client relationships. The position requires strong technical and business application skills, as you'll regularly leverage different systems to support Rights and Licensing, Catalogue, Reporting and Data. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of recording licenses and contractual obligations, working collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams. This is a highly organised and detail-oriented role within a fast-paced media distribution environment, ideal for someone passionate about TV content and skilled in multitasking and problem-solving. The preferred candidate will have previous experience working in a Media environment in Film or TV.
Main responsibilities
- Forecasting and Deal Planning
- Support the Sales Forecasting and Budgeting processes with respect to content inventory availability, expiring licenses and renewal opportunities.
- Leverage Rightsline, Salesforce and Tableau Reporting to support the Forecasting and budgeting process through sales histories and benchmark pricing.
- Attend Forecast Review and Planning meetings with Territory Sales and Finance teams.
- Work with Sales Exec roles on Content Hub Reporting to ensure all Content Assumptions are forecasted as relevant / required.
- Partner with Sales Exec level and above to give Administrators visibility of deals in negotiation, planned commercial teams, appropriate Rights checks and issues.
- Set up and maintain License agreements in Rightsline.
- Support Commercial Approvals between Rightsline and Salesforce.
- Ensure Salesforce final Deal Opportunity records are an accurate reflection of final revenue position in Rightsline.
- Reading and understanding of contractual agreements and work with Sales and Legal teams to ensure Rightsline Licenses align with final contracts.
- Work with Sales Teams to manage contractual obligations, options and ensure all deadlines are met as detailed in contracts.
- Where relevant leading the servicing of Output Deals (e.g. selections, deal processing, reporting to management).
- Liaising with other departments (Rights, Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.) throughout the Licensing process from beginning to end.
- Researching programme availability for new and existing Client / Sales opportunities based on Sales teams briefs and market context.
- Leverage Content Hub to provide knowledge and expertise in new slate titles and library and leverage Dashboards and Insights in the Content Hub to support Sales Teams.
- Manage accurate curation for "client facing avails" in Rightsline based on client requirements for dub availability, year of production, slots lengths, screening links as examples.
- Provide Sales Histories for Sales Teams as required and historical licensing pricing, licenses etc.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with buyers / acquisitions teams where required in support of Deal Administration under the guidance of Sales Executives.
- Work with Sales Teams to ensure accurate and up to date maintenance for Accounts and Contacts in Salesforce.
- Under the Guidance of Sales Execs - Managing permissions for Screeners, logging the details and following up with the recipients.
- Planning and organising Sales Trips and Markets, including travel, meetings and materials.
- Central Sales Operations Function in contributing with subject matter expertise to Global Partnerships Projects and sharing on best practices and process improvements.
- Support User testing where required on any new platform releases and developments.
- Any other Sales Administrative duties that may arise from being a part of a busy Sales team.
Skills you'll need
- Solid experience of working as a Sales & Licensing Administrator.
- Relevant experience of working in a Media distribution environment - and interest in TV Distribution through B2B and Direct to Consumer Channels.
- Understanding of Media landscape with a passion to increase knowledge.
- Highly numerate & computer literate (Advanced Excel, Word and Google suite incl. Gmail) - must be very adaptable and confident with computer systems (particularly databases).

- Fluency in English is essential and fluency in a second European, Asian or Latin American language would be desirable.
