The role
The Formats & Unscripted
Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering marketing campaigns and maintaining the digital presence of ITV Studios' world-leading formats and unscripted catalogue.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Content, Digital Products and Creative teams, you'll create compelling marketing campaigns, develop sales materials and use the ITV Studios website and digital catalogue as key marketing channels, ensuring content, collections and customer journeys remain fresh, engaging and commercially focused.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organisation, is confident managing digital content and websites, and can spot opportunities to improve how customers discover and engage with our catalogue.
The role
Marketing Campaigns
- Support the Senior Marketing Managers in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across ITV Studios' Formats and Unscripted portfolio.
- Create marketing assets including presentations, pitch decks, copywriting and campaign materials in collaboration with internal creative teams and external agencies.
- Build and deliver email marketing campaigns, reporting on performance and recommending improvements, owning the Unscripted email calendar.
- Support the delivery of marketing activity for priority titles as well as wider catalogue campaigns throughout the year.
- Produce campaign reports, producer updates and post-market presentations.
Website & Digital Catalogue Management
- Take ownership of the Formats and Unscripted areas of the ITV Studios website and digital catalogue, ensuring front and back catalogue content is accurate, engaging and commercially focused.
- Curate homepage features, collections, promotional rails and seasonal campaigns that showcase priority titles, catalogue themes and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and execute content plans that drive buyers to the website, increasing engagement with both new launches and back catalogue content.
- Work closely with Sales, Content and Digital Products teams to identify gaps, improve content discoverability and optimise the customer journey.
- Monitor website performance and customer behaviour, making recommendations to continually improve engagement and conversion.
- Manage marketing information within Content Hub and other content management systems, ensuring assets, metadata and content remain accurate and up to date.
Sales Enablement
- Create sales materials that support buyers throughout the sales cycle, including presentations and promotional assets.
- Work with teams to respond to customer requests and coordinate marketing materials across international markets.
- Support back catalogue marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote library content, develop thematic collections and maximise commercial value across the catalogue.
Events
- Support the delivery of ITV Studios' presence at key international markets and events including ITV Studios Festivals, MIPCOM and Asia Television Forum.
- Coordinate campaign assets, marketing materials and digital content for events.
Team Support
- Assist with marketing administration including purchase orders, invoices, campaign tracking and reporting.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
- Support wider Studios Marketing projects as required.
Skills you’ll need

- Experience in a marketing, digital marketing or content marketing role.
- Experience managing website content, digital catalogues or Content Management Systems (CMS), with an understanding of content curation and customer journeys.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating marketing presentations, emails and digital marketing assets.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Confident working with stakeholders across different teams.
