The role
We are looking for a commercially minded and technically strong Finance Manager to work in Big Talk, a Scripted TV Production Label under the ITV Studios umbrella. This is a pivotal role that will focus on Management Reporting, Group Reporting, Control, and Business Partnering.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Professional qualification
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified with significant relevant experience) - Month-end and reporting experience
Proven experience preparing full month-end accounts and management reporting packs - Financial systems and Excel
Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and experience using accounting software (e.g. Sage or similar) - Core financial processes
Experience of at least three of the following: payroll, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, cashflow forecasting - Stakeholder communication
Evidence of working with non-finance stakeholders and explaining financial information clearly

- Experience in media, TV production or a similar fast-paced industry
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive approach with a demonstrable ability to spot opportunities to improve and add value
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
- Confidence working in a deadline-driven, changing environment
