The role:
ITV Studios is a global home for handpicked individuals with the freedom to deliver the unexpected every day. With incredible shows like The Voice, Love Island, Line Of Duty, Queer Eye and Ludwig, we have 60+ labels in 12 countries and 90,000+ hours in our catalogue. Our Marketing team plays a central role in driving brand visibility and competitive advantage across our shows and platforms. This business-critical role works closely with the Senior Digital Products Manager to manage itvstudios.com and our core catalogue site and app, enabling customers to discover, explore and screen ITV Studios content. The role turns strategic insight and steerco decisions into product features and developments that improve performance and drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and engagement in partnership with the CRM and Engagement Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Partner with the Senior Digital Products Manager to shape and deliver the product strategy for itvstudios.com, owning defined areas of the roadmap from discovery through to delivery.
- Lead feature development with ITV Technology and external partners, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and clear stakeholder communication through launch and rollout.
- Use data, insight and customer needs to define product opportunities and priorities, developing a strong product vision aligned to business objectives, market opportunity and technology trends.
- Work closely with genre marketing teams to optimise site functionality, ensuring product development supports marketing goals and delivers a high-quality, curated customer experience.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of B2B digital products across Studios, including new label websites, leading requirements gathering, vendor management and delivery to agreed timelines and budgets.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new digital products and features, developing and delivering marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption and effective use of our platforms.
- Manage stakeholder requirements across the business, defining scope, overseeing testing and ensuring high-quality releases into production environments.
- Collaborate with the CRM and Engagement Manager to evolve digital products and systems that enable segmentation and targeting, driving increased customer acquisition, engagement, frequency and dwell time.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria):
- Strong experience in project management, including delivering digital products, features and functionality.
- Experience creating and delivering plans to improve products and services and drive growth.
- Proven track record of working directly with a SaaS product.
- Experience managing content across both websites and mobile applications via a CMS, ensuring a seamless and consistent user journey across all digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full data lifecycle - from interpreting complex data sets to identifying trends and implementing strategic business improvements.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 is highly desirable; ability to track user behavior and translate metrics into actionable growth strategies.
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
