Main responsibilities
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets (from social media to TV) and defining metadata schemas and taxonomies to ensure assets are discoverable and ready for automated orchestration.
- Workflow Optimization & Analysis: Mapping existing marketing workflows to identify bottlenecks, translating marketing needs into technical requirements for engineers, and using data to justify automation.
- Product Evolution & Change Management: Collaborating with MarTech engineers on the DAM roadmap, leading Scrum ceremonies, and driving user adoption through training and AI integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Owning the relationship with user groups to gather feedback and acting as the "connective tissue" between Creative, Marketing, and Technical teams.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Platform Expertise: Demonstrable experience with DAM or large-scale CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, OrangeLogic, Contentstack, etc.).
- Business Analysis: The ability to map "as-is" processes, write user stories, and troubleshoot technical implementations.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working within a Scrum framework and leading ceremonies.
- Marketing Context: A proven track record of working within or closely with a Marketing department.
- Technical Translation: The ability to translate complex marketing needs into clear technical specifications for engineering partners.
Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)
- The "Hybrid" Mindset: A systems thinker who sees the entire ecosystem rather than just individual tasks.
- Self-Starter Attitude: A self-taught problem solver who dives into new tools without waiting for a manual.
- Communication Mastery: A "Bridge Builder" who is fluent in the languages of Creative, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Efficiency Driven: A "Bias for Action" with a restlessness for the status quo and a desire to find incremental gains in efficiency.
