The role
This is a varied and busy administrative role within the Sales Operations function of our Global Partnerships team. The role will be supporting the Catalogue Manager of the Content Hub and multiple internal business teams including Sales teams Marketing and Global Content. The Content Hub is the key catalogue which supports visibility, search and reporting for ITV’s IP for exploitation globally.
Main responsibilities Catalogue Operations & Content Management Support the Catalogue Manager in the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and development of the ContentHub catalogue.
Assist with the management of both New Slate and Library content, ensuring a clear and accurate view of exploitable titles across Global Partnerships.
Monitor catalogue data quality and consistency, proactively identifying and resolving gaps, discrepancies, and duplicate records.
Support the onboarding of new acquisitions, including metadata collection, template preparation, catalogue setup, data normalisation, and enrichment.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Content, Rights, Operations, and other stakeholders to support catalogue growth and evolving business requirements.
Attend relevant meetings, e.g. SMART, to remain informed of programme developments, launch plans, and catalogue changes.
Assist with Rightsline and other integration projects by supporting data preparation, validation, and alignment.
Contribute to data governance initiatives and help ensure the catalogue remains a trusted single source of truth across Global Partnerships.
Catalogue Administration Maintain catalogue accuracy through regular updates, including the processing of Rights position changes and other business-critical metadata updates.
Compile reports to support operational, and strategic business requirements.
Identify and analyse catalogue gaps to support specific initiatives.
Leverage ContentHub functionality to support Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholder groups.
Conduct research using internal and external sources such as IMDb or TVDB to enrich catalogue records where appropriate.
Stakeholder Support Act as an ambassador for ContentHub, promoting its use as the central catalogue and trusted source of content information across Global Partnerships.
Support users with catalogue-related queries, data requests, and best practice guidance.
Prepare and maintain user guides, training materials, process documentation, and communications.
Assist with the delivery of onboarding sessions, refresher training, and demonstrations to support user adoption and engagement.
Build strong working relationships across departments and act as a one of key points of contact for related processes.
Other Projects & Improvements Support testing activities for new system releases, integrations, and enhancements.
Assist with ongoing alignment of content data across ContentHub, Rightsline, Airtable, ITVStudios.com, Content Catalogue, and other systems within the SOS ecosystem.
Contribute subject matter expertise to Global Partnerships projects and wider Sales Operations initiatives.
Support the Catalogue Manager in identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance catalogue quality, operational efficiency, and commercial value.
Build and maintain relationships with GP teams in support of Sales Operations activities.
Undertake additional administrative and project-related duties as required within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria) Relevant experience of working in a Media / Broadcaster environment – interest in TV and Film content as a plus
Understanding of the media landscape with a passion to increase knowledge
Strong experience of working with large datasets and confidence in navigating a rapidly evolving slate of content
Highly numerate & computer literate (Advanced Excel, Word and Google suite incl. Gmail) – must be very adaptable and confident with computer systems (particularly databases)
Experience with external tools and resources such as IMDb and AI tools is an additional asset
