The 2026 Lifted Entertainment Work Experience Programme is NOW OPEN.
The Programme:
With access to our programme for one year, this exciting opportunity is aimed at entry level & junior candidates looking to start a career in TV.
This programme offers:
- Free career and CV advice throughout the year
- Access to a variety of power hours with industry professionals
- The ability to network at career events
- Gain a greater understanding of how the industry works
Partnering with our ITV Academy, this programme also offers you the chance to apply for a possible 1 week shadowing placement on one of our shows, shadowing our teams and giving you first‑hand insight into how a production comes together in a busy TV environment.
Who can apply (Minimum Criteria):
- Must be Aged 18+
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
- Must be Entry / Junior level (a few runner credits is acceptable, as is anyone wishing to move onto a slightly different career path)
Our Work Experience Programme is now in its sixth year running and we are very proud to watch many of our members go on to successful careers within the Industry.
Lifted Entertainment makes some of the most popular shows on TV, including Love Island, Love Island Aftersun, Love Island All Stars, I\’m A Celebrity, The Royal Variety Show and many, many more!
Being part of the programme will enable you to gain an invaluable insight into TV Production and how shows are made.

Any shadowing opportunities are predominantly London based but we are open to accepting applicants from across the UK.
Please note : This opportunity is an invitation to express your interest in joining our 2026 Lifted Work Experience talent pool. This is not an active, open, nor paid vacancy. If you are selected as a programme member, you are able to participate around your other work / education commitments.
