ITV is recruiting a dedicated M&A Technology Service Delivery Lead to mobilise pre-drafted TSAs and manage TSA delivery during a 24–36 month transition.
The role sits within the ITV Studios plc Group Technology Directorate and requires 2–3 days in the office across London, Leeds or Manchester.
You will establish the operational framework, define governance, and monitor SLAs while steering cost-recovery, billing and risk management to protect Remain Co.
