The role..
ITV seeks an experienced and well-rounded Head of Consolidation and Reporting to join our team and play a pivotal role in the company\’s financial operations. This position will oversee the timely and accurate production of the Group consolidation on a monthly basis, ensuring financial transparency and compliance with reporting standards. As the leader of a team of two Financial Accountants, you will be responsible for line management, coaching, and mentoring your team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to their success.
The key day-to-day responsibilities for the role are:
- Responsible for the monthly FCCS Group Consolidation and supporting schedules
- Preparation of the monthly consolidation pack including balance sheet analytical commentary
- Line manage, coach and mentor the Consolidation team
- Manage relationships with ITV subsidiaries around the globe
- Managing the training requirements of new finance members on the consolidation system, FCCS
- Responsible for timely preparation of forecasts, budgets and 5 year plans for relevant areas
- Maintain good working relationships with all accounting teams across the ITV Group including Group Tax, Group Treasury and Group FP&A
Skills you\’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with an extensive number of years PQE
- Must have a background in multi-currency group consolidations
- Must have consolidation system experience such as FCCS, SAP or similar
- Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Must have experience managing a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience of working with global subsidiaries with the ability to provide guidance and support
