The Team
ITV Studios 60+ labels in over 12 countries create and produce some of the world’s biggest volumes of television shows globally every year. We produce a vast range of Formats, Factual and Drama shows across all Genres. Global Partnerships is responsible for the distribution of this IP to global platforms and partners. Headline shows include - The Voice, Love Island, Rivals, Queer Eye, Agatha Christie, Ludwig, Age of Ice, Force of Nature. Global Partnerships distribution covers a vast range of activities including selling Finished TV Shows, Licensing Format IP to produce local version (e.g. Love Island Thailand), You Tube Channels, FAST Channels, Brands & Licensing activities and Consumer Experiences and Gaming. The Sales Operations team works across all areas of Global Partnerships and is focussed on projects, processes, best practises and a key interface to our Technology teams.
The role
- General Administrative support across all of the Sales Operations team members and centrally with the Director of Sales Operations.
- Assisting with Diary Management, room bookings and preparation for the Sales Operations team.
- Attend meetings and take minutes leveraging both AI and in person experience for actions and owners.
- Regularly updating the GP Induction Guide for all new starters.
- Working with the Sales Ops / Tech teams across our key business applications of Content Hub and Salesforce to support general Admin duties.
- Maintain an up to date email notification list for Content Hub and flag up starters and leavers.
- Updating trackers for different Licenses held for our Business Applications.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- A keen interest in television.
- Well organised with good time management.
- Be proactive and use own initiative.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Descriptive and an originality portrayed within the set application questions.

- You’ll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines.
Eligibility/Entry Criteria
As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications GCSE Grades (or equivalent) C/4 or above in English and Maths plus 2 other subjects. There is no upper age limit to an Apprenticeship, we would encourage applications from anyone leaving school, all the way to looking for a career change. Please see below to check you meet the eligibility criteria:
- You have lived within the UK/EEA for a minimum of 3 years consecutively.
- You meet the entry criteria for the apprenticeship as listed above.
- You have not completed a degree/same level qualification in a similar subject to the role you are applying for.
- You cannot have achieved the qualification already and you must not already be in full time education at the point of enrolment.
