12 month fixed term position
This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual with a background in either creative agency, media owner, in-house team or similarly fast-paced creative commercial environment, developing integrated campaigns across a range of brands and sectors. You will help the team come up with big ideas that live across all ITV platforms including but not limited to linear, ITVX, emerging platforms and beyond.
The role is about building brilliant integrated campaigns through creative brand partnerships. You will also help to create compelling concepts, scripts and pitch presentations that bring ideas to life and sell them with clarity, creativity and maximum impact. You will play a crucial role in helping us build a great reputation for the Creative Partnerships team and helping us achieve greater creative recognition - both internally at ITV and externally with agencies and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking a clear brief and ensuring you understand what’s required
- Developing high quality partnership campaign ideas while working to deadlines
- Understanding our client’s key business challenges and thinking of a strategic way to integrate the brand with ITV
- Building a good understanding of all ITV platforms and understanding how a brand can activate a creative idea at each of those touchpoints (e.g. sponsorship idents, partnerships that use show IP to activate on and off-air, in-show integration (product placement), working with talent, branded content, digital/social channels)
- Building a good understanding of all ITV shows and how to hook different brands into those shows and their format points
- Collaborating across various vertical teams and departments on every brief
- Capturing your thinking to align with set strategy and presenting ideas internally and externally (agencies and clients) with clarity and enthusiasm
- Good commercial understanding that ideas have to drive revenue for ITV
- Working with internal and external production teams where needed to bring your ideas to life
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Ability to develop creative campaign ideas and build a compelling partnership around it with a clear understanding of how creativity can drive results and brand fame
- The ability to translate strategy, audience insight and brand objectives into clear, compelling creative territories and campaign ideas.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams, agencies and clients.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, managing multiple briefs, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables.
- Demonstrable copywriting and scriptwriting skills and the ability to adapt ideas across different formats, audiences and platforms.
- High-quality administrative and deck-building skills, particularly in Google Slides, with the ability to create clear, well-structured and visually engaging creative pitch documents.
