Overview
The Content Delivery team is ITV’s in-house digital Content Servicing provider. This involves everything from QC, file verification, storage, editing, reversioning and delivering content to various different stakeholders across ITV.
The role
We are currently looking for a Content Delivery Coordinator to provide a smooth running and client-focused service to all customers and stakeholders - both internal and external to ITV - in the receipt, processing, repurposing and onward delivery of content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a business-focused service to facilitate the transfer of media assets to a variety of formats and destinations, whilst maintaining the highest technical standards.
- Lead the smooth running of content processing tasks, such as editing, quality control, timecode capture and transcoding.
- Work closely with the rest of the Content Delivery department as well as Global Partnerships, Content Operations and Content Library, amongst others, to ensure content is delivered how, where and when it needs to be.
- Ensure daily tasks and ad hoc requests are met, and work is prioritised accordingly.
- Ensure at all times the highest standards of customer care, assistance and service to both internal and external clients.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues and ensure escalation as appropriate.
This role requires a dedicated approach, and as the department continues to develop, the introduction of shift patterns / 7-day working may be phased in. Being contactable when necessary out of hours will be required in some rare circumstances.

- An understanding of common file delivery methods.
Other things we’re looking for
- Ability to multi-task across different capabilities.
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach; adapting to changing priorities & requirements.
- Ability to analyse and solve work-related problems in an effective way, finding solutions and escalating as appropriate.
- Willingness to undertake training in emerging technologies as appropriate and communicate experiences and working knowledge with colleagues to maximise the team’s capability.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal & external clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to ensure client’s requirements are met and high standards are maintained.
