The role involves working with the Director of Sales Operations and across all Global Partnership teams on Reporting to optimise the end to end Sales Process and drive revenue generating activity through our ecosystem of business applications, tools and processes. Key stakeholders for engagement include Global Partnerships Technology and Global Partnerships Data & Insights teams.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing regular and ad hoc operational reporting for business teams and executives on primary metrics.
- Recommending and actioning areas of data clean up and management across primary business applications to improve speed and accuracy of operational reporting.
- Supporting data quality testing during mass data uploads and new system launches.
- Acting as a Global Partnerships systems superuser, crafting best practices and training new personnel on system improvements.
- Salesforce Reporting to support non-Salesforce users, providing critical support functions in Rights Management, Content Operations teams and other business teams.
- Aligning Content Hub and Licensing System with Weekly Uploads of Rights Summary data, working with Catalogue Manager and Rights Management teams.
- Managing the Expiring Licenses report refresh for Global Sales teams for Finished Tape to track renewal/extensions/new Sales opportunities and training all new Sales and Admin starters on this report.
- Providing reporting support and expertise for Data Cleanse activities across all primary applications of Salesforce, Licensing system and Content Hub.
- Managing Google Cloud (GCP) query for development, running, and scheduling of queries to support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc data requests and data mapping.
- Executing In-House Avail Tool updates weekly from GCP Data Warehouse and Content Hub, providing dedicated support to Sales Admins regarding Sales Histories and Licence Clash Availability.
- Supporting project transformations, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, and comprehensive data cleanse activities.
- Providing AI tools support, including training of Sales teams on new AI Agent launches and ensuring rigorous data validation.
- Supporting Business Application Introduction training on key tools as required.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria):
- Mastery in setting priorities, planning, stakeholder and time management.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modelling (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
- Data Visualisation skills with experience in Tableau.
- Database and data manipulation experience in extracting, joining and aggregating datasets.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced media environment.
- SQL expertise, including creating and editing SQL Queries, with experience using Google Cloud Platform preferred.
- Flexible work attitude and willingness to take on duties beyond those specified in the job description.
