The role
This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize traditional advertising ingenuity within a specialist industry that is rapidly growing in commercial significance. As a Creative at Metavision, you’ll spend significant time immersed in the communities of Fortnite, Roblox, and Minecraft, keeping track of best practices and spotting new trends.
You’ll then apply those best practices by ideating, producing, and presenting creative responses to briefs from clients and studios. We’re looking for a creative or a creative team that is keen to grow their career alongside us.
The majority of this role will be concepting and producing compelling and imaginative immersive media activations for brands, and treatments for entertainment IP. You will also support the MD and CD in pitching to clients and winning new business by developing creative strategies, concepts, and presentations.
This role will also help to oversee the development and production of Metaverse projects, working with our production partners and Metavision Studios to ensure delivery aligns with the creative strategy and adheres to platform best practices.
Main responsibilities
- Create concepts, creative strategies, and visual collateral for clients across various Metaverse platforms, related technologies, and other media.
- Work with the CD to ensure best-in-class creative responses to pitches, briefs, and client requests.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Identify appropriate immersive platforms and technologies in relation to the client brief and work with the wider team to liaise with production partners.
- Oversee and manage production partners to ensure campaign delivery aligns with creative strategy.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organization across multiple projects.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Proven ability to generate clear and consistent creative, from initial strategy to compelling pitches.
- Experience working with production partners and studios to translate creative into reality.
- Knowledge of gaming, immersive media, and related technologies such as XR, Metaverse & NFTs and how they can play a role in advertising and entertainment.
- Experience and understanding of UGC games platforms.
Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)
- Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts.
- A strong portfolio of non-traditional creative.
- Unreal Engine & Roblox Studio experience not essential, but desirable.
- Any video editing experience will also be quite desirable.
