ITV plc is seeking a People Development Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to design, deliver, and facilitate learning for line managers and colleagues during times of change. The role sits in the Resourcing & Development team and offers hybrid working with two office days per week and travel to learning events as needed.
You will partner with the People Development Manager to align learning designs with broader talent strategies, support campaigns, and help bring learning initiatives.
