Workplace: White City, London - Hybrid/ expectation is 2 days in the office.

Contract: 10 months FTC - 30th June 2027 expected end date.

This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of ITV’s Commercial Technology and Change organisation. You'll be a member of the Product team, working with cross-functional teams at the forefront of defining and delivering ITV’s Commercial Technology products and supporting our ambition to support our Linear and VOD inventory workflows, systems and insights. You’ll have a significant influence on ITV’s success in this area with strong backing and support from ITV leadership across Commercial Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management: Manage end-to-end custom Addressable targeted campaign processes. Including activating custom first party advertiser and second party partner data, creating relevant custom targeting audiences for Addressable TV campaigns, ensuring timely delivery for buyers to select in their campaigns. Using Clean Room and Customer Data Platform technologies to facilitate the optimum campaign set-up. Engage with technology partners and internal engineering teams as needed.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Liaise with Commercial teams, advertisers and agencies to ensure optimum output for campaigns, and update on the status of campaign activations and reporting outputs as needed.
  • Post campaign analytics: Prepare and create analytical outputs and recommendations for custom Addressable targeted campaigns for first party advertisers. Including activating first party advertiser sales data to prove the effectiveness of their targeted campaign.
  • Data Analytics Expertise: Communicate analytics outputs to business stakeholders in a non-technical, commercial and impactful manner to drive value.
  • Support: Respond to inbound support queries around data products, requests and issues, offering data analytics expertise and explanations, as well as potential product iterations where appropriate.
  • Scoping & Shaping of new initiatives / analytical projects: Contribute data analytics expertise for data product development and custom analytics projects.
  • Definition & Delivery: Co-develop automated analytics-led data products for commercial teams. Help develop prototypes, test and optimise data products.
  • Transition: Provide guidance, training and expertise on data product developments, including with business teams to embed data solutions for maximum outcome.
  • Acceptance: Support QA acceptance processes, particularly with a focus on data quality ensuring the product is fit for purpose.

Skills you’ll need:

  • Keen problem solver who is able to demonstrate critical thinking and curiosity.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tell stories with data.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner, and comfortable visualising and presenting analysis across a range of formats (reports, powerpoint, dashboards, e-mail).
  • An understanding of analytical techniques.
  • Data querying skills required (SQL or equivalent), with additional coding knowledge if possible (e.g. Python).

Required:

  • Experience of working in the data analytics industry, preferably with digital exposure.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms.
  • Experience analysing large datasets (using SQL or equivalent).
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders.

Optional / Beneficial:

  • Experience of working in cross-functional product teams and the delivery of scalable, robust data products.
  • Experience of working in fast-moving, learning-based and agile environments.
  • Interest in digital media and familiar with advertising technologies and platforms.
  • Interest in the TV landscape.
