Responsibilities
- Hypothesis Led Design: Lead design initiatives from a test and learn perspective. You will define design solutions starting with a hypothesis and a success metric rather than just a feature list.
- Funnel Optimisation: Deeply analyse the end to end user journey, from landing pages and registration to the subscription lifecycle, identifying and solving for drop off points.
- Rapid Experimentation: Design, prototype and help launch A/B and multivariate tests. You are comfortable balancing scrappy versions for fast learning with polished designs for global scaling.
- Behavioural Design: Apply behavioural economics and psychology, such as nudges, social proof and cognitive ease, to drive user activation and long term retention.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts and Engineers to prioritise the experimentation backlog and interpret user behaviour.
- Full Stack Execution: Own the process from low fi wireframes used for rapid testing to high fidelity, polished UI that maintains a premium brand feel across Mobile, Web and Connected TV (CTV).
- Growth Patterns: Contribute to our Design System by developing Growth Patterns, which are reusable and scalable components for onboarding, upsells and crossâsells.
- User Activation: Redesign onboarding flows to ensure users reach their value moment immediately.
- Conversion and Monetisation: Optimising the checkout and transaction experience to reduce friction and increase subscriber value.
- Retention Loops: Designing engagement triggers and reâengagement flows to bring users back into the experience.
- Platform Integration: Enhancing the user journey across partner platforms to ensure a seamless entry point into our services.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a Product Design (UX/UI) role, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable growth impact.
- Experience working with growth frameworks such as Acquisition, Activation and Retention funnels.
- Strong multiâplatform design expertise across iOS, Android and Web.
- Advanced Figma and prototyping skills, including interaction and motion design.
- Experience working in Agile or Squadâbased environments alongside Engineering and Data teams.
