We are seeking a Product Manager to join ITV Studios Technology and own the Airtable instance for ITV Studios. This mid‑level role will lead the evolution of Airtable as a governed business platform, supporting key workflows across the Creative Network, non‑scripted development, Scripted Legal and Business Affairs, and Group Risk teams amongst others. The Product Manager will manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and shaping the roadmap through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Working with business stakeholders, developers, data, and technology teams, they will ensure Airtable solutions are scalable, maintainable, and well integrated with the wider Studios technology ecosystem, including n8n‑powered workflows and automation.

ITV Studios is a leading global creator, producer and distributor of TV content. Studios Technology enables the creation, management and distribution of that content through scalable production workflows across cloud, data, AI, media asset management and post‑production tooling, working closely with production, commercial and creative teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the ITV Studios Airtable instance as a scalable, governed business platform.
  • Develop and maintain the Airtable roadmap, balancing user needs, business value, platform health, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with Creative Network, non‑scripted development, Scripted Legal and Business Affairs, and Group Risk teams to understand their workflows and priorities.
  • Lead business process discovery and optimisation activities, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and drive operational efficiency across ITV Studios.
  • Prioritise new capabilities, enhancements, automations, and integrations based on impact, risk, and value.
  • Partner with developers, architects, data teams, and platform specialists to design robust Airtable solutions.
  • Partner with Architecture and Technology teams to define and deliver integrations between Airtable and strategic Studios platforms.
  • Shape Airtable data models, interfaces, permissions, automations, and n8n‑enabled integrations.
  • Bring data insight into Airtable‑supported workflows, including opportunities to connect with Cortex, reporting, AI, and wider Studios data sources.
  • Act as the Airtable subject‑matter expert for ITV Studios, advising other business areas on solution design, governance, and architecture decisions.
  • Establish best practice for Airtable usage, including base design, access management, naming conventions, documentation, and support processes.
  • Lead user discovery, testing, training, adoption, and feedback activities to ensure solutions are embedded effectively.
  • Monitor usage, data quality, user satisfaction, support trends, and platform performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, roadmap updates, release planning, risks, dependencies, and decision‑making forums.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management skills, including roadmap ownership, prioritisation, stakeholder management, user discovery, requirements definition, and delivery planning.
  • Deep working knowledge of Airtable, including data modelling, bases, tables, fields, views, forms, interfaces, permissions, automations, scripting, reporting, and platform administration.
  • Strong understanding of n8n, with experience designing or delivering automated workflows and integrations between Airtable and other business systems.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into simple, scalable, and maintainable Airtable solutions.
  • Good understanding of relational data structures, data quality, access control, workflow design, and platform governance.
  • Experience working with developers, architects, data teams, and technical specialists to deliver integrations, automations, and connected data flows.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to build trust across creative, operational, legal, risk, and technology teams.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to use data, reporting, AI, and automation to improve decision‑making and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery‑focused, with the ability to balance user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and long‑term maintainability.
