The Programme
Are you 18+ and looking to gain first‑hand experience in TV Production? Now is your chance to find out! The 2026 Lifted Entertainment Work Experience Programme is open for one year, aimed at entry‑level & junior candidates who want to start a career in TV.
Program offers:
- Free career and CV advice throughout the year
- Access to a variety of power hours with industry professionals
- Networking at career events
- Greater understanding of how the industry works
Partnering with ITV Academy, you can apply for a possible one‑week shadowing placement on one of our shows, gaining insight into how a production comes together in a busy TV environment.
Who can apply (Minimum Criteria)
- Must be Aged 18+
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
- Must be entry/junior level (a few runner credits acceptable, or anyone wishing to move onto a slightly different career path)
Program Highlights
The Work Experience Programme is now in its sixth year; many members have gone on to successful careers within the industry. Lifted Entertainment makes popular shows such as Love Island, Love Island Aftersun, Love Island All Stars, I’m A Celebrity, The Royal Variety Show, and many more. Being part of the programme will enable you to gain invaluable insight into TV production and how shows are made.
