We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect – TSM to lead architecture and solution delivery for a large‑scale telecom transformation program. The role focuses on end‑to‑end ServiceNow TSM design, OSS/BSS integrations, and governance aligned with ITIL and ITOM standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive technical architecture, roadmap, and solution design for ServiceNow TSM
  • Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management
  • Architect and oversee integrations with OSS/BSS systems via REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
  • Enforce platform governance, best practices, code reviews, and standards
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives
  • Mentor development teams and support platform scalability and optimization

Skills

  • ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM expertise
  • Telecom operations and service assurance knowledge
