We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect – TSM to lead architecture and solution delivery for a large‑scale telecom transformation program. The role focuses on end‑to‑end ServiceNow TSM design, OSS/BSS integrations, and governance aligned with ITIL and ITOM standards.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical architecture, roadmap, and solution design for ServiceNow TSM
- Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management
- Architect and oversee integrations with OSS/BSS systems via REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
- Enforce platform governance, best practices, code reviews, and standards
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives
- Mentor development teams and support platform scalability and optimization
Skills
- ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM expertise
- Telecom operations and service assurance knowledge
