We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture and mandatory telecom industry experience. The successful candidate will lead platform strategy, architecture governance, solution design, integrations, and enterprise‑scale implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules. This opportunity is available as either a contract engagement or a one‑year fixed‑term employment and is ideal for professionals who thrive in complex digital transformation environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture and platform governance.
- Design scalable, secure, and high‑performing ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications.
- Define platform roadmap, standards, and best practices.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration technologies.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, architecture, and regulatory standards.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical design workshops.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Recommend platform enhancements based on new ServiceNow releases and industry best practices.
- Support CMDB and Discovery implementation strategies.
