Essential Responsibilities:
- Measuring and scanning pump assembly
- Field service activities at customer’s site location
- PACKAGING: Pump Units Packaging, implying: alignment, Base Plate Marking, drilling & Tapping.
- PUMP REPAIR: dismantling, inspection, repair recommendations of single and multi-stages HP Pumps
- Occasionally assist for Field service activities at customer’s site location
- Work with QA to develop service and or repair procedures
- Develop of Technical and products knowledge in order to assist customers with their requirements.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Preferable Technical Graduate or Diploma with minimum 5-year experience
- Experience: 5 years Minimum in rotating equipment PREFERABLE Pumps
- Skills/ Knowledge: Ability to read, analyze and interpret international standard, customer specification and technical procedures, Knowledge of pump technology.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of the corrective action process
- Experience in centrifugal pumps or rotating equipment
- Hands on experience in service/ repair/over haul
- Capable of executing duties with limited supervision
