Position Summary: To provide ownership of the end to end technical and commercial process from quotation through project management and dispatch of goods/services covering new pumps & packages, workshop service, upgrades and parts.
Essential Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the execution of New & Aftermarket business through the ITT Normanton facility covering centrifugal pump packages, OEM pump repairs, overhauls, upgrades, field service and parts. Project order values ranging from $5k - ~$2m.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree, Engineering HND or Equivalent qualification or significant Experience with an OEM pump manufacturer.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in rotating equipment, in either applications, engineering or project management roles covering new pump packages, repairs and overhauls and upgrades, re-rates and replacement pumps.
- Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Competent with all aspects of MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Excellent project management skills. Strong customer focus. Shows initiative & is a self-starter.
