Apply now for the chance to join our Stansted Airport team! This role is for a 3-month Fixed-Term Contract. Start as a Team Member and earn up to £15.50 per hour, including an hourly bonus, and NO zero hours contracts.
Responsibilities
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety

Training and Development
No experience is required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
Paying bonuses after your initial training. If you’re looking to grow, itsu is the place for you. Ninety percent of our shop managers and thirty percent of our Academy team started as itsu team members.
