We are itsu, the leading Asian‑inspired quick‑service retail and grocery brand with over 80 restaurants across the UK and Belgium, and a growing wholesale business across Europe and beyond. Our renowned delicious food is made fresh in every restaurant, every day, and our grocery line offers high‑quality Asian‑inspired foods online and in supermarkets. We are excited to be a top brand and have ambitious growth plans domestically and globally. This fixed‑term vacancy is for 2 months. Full‑time hours are offered for night shifts between 8 pm and 6 am. The starting pay is up to £15.80 per hour, including an hourly bonus. No zero‑hour contracts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile
We provide comprehensive training: hands‑on learning in‑store supported by staff and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. Bonus is paid after initial training.
