As a Team Member, you\’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you\’ll be:
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients.
- Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes.
- Cooking with care and precision.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
- Delivering excellent customer service with a smile.
No experience? No problem! We\’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses.
This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
